Abstract submission guidelines
- Please download and fill the ABSTRACT template.
- Abstract file should be submitted via the Conference Registration form.
- The text formatting requirements are outlined in the downloadable Abstract Template file. Please read it carefully before submission.
Oral presentation guidelines
- For a 45-minute time slot, please prepare a 40-minute presentation.
- For a 25-minute time slot, please prepare a 20-minute presentation.
- For a 15-minute time slot, please prepare a 10-minute presentation.
- The presentation slides should be uploaded to the presentation computer
at the latest during the break before the session. - 5 minutes at the end of each talk will be designated for questions and discussion.
Poster presentation guidelines
- The poster should preferably be A0 size 841 mm (width) x 1189 mm (height), portrait format.
- The poster stand dimensions will be 100 cm in width and 197 cm in height.
- Posters will be displayed during the two days of the conference (9 – 10 October).
