Fill the Abstact Template

Please download and use our Template for your abstract submission. Listeners (non-presenters) should skip this step.

Register online

Proceed to the registration page and submit the registration form.

Await the registration acceptance email

Once the registration is approved, the applicant will receive an email with payment instructions and bank details. Please be patient, as this process may take some time.

Proceed to payment

Follow the instructions you receive by email from EcoBalt2025 along with your application acceptance.

Abstract submission guidelines

  • Please download and fill the ABSTRACT template.
  • Abstract file should be submitted via the Conference Registration form.
  • The text formatting requirements are outlined in the downloadable Abstract Template file. Please read it carefully before submission.

Oral presentation guidelines

  • For a 45-minute time slot, please prepare a 40-minute presentation.
  • For a 25-minute time slot, please prepare a 20-minute presentation.
  • For a 15-minute time slot, please prepare a 10-minute presentation.

 

  • The presentation slides should be uploaded to the presentation computer
    at the latest during the break before the session.
  • 5 minutes at the end of each talk will be designated for questions and discussion.

Poster presentation guidelines

  • The poster should preferably be A0 size 841 mm (width) x 1189 mm (height), portrait format.
  • The poster stand dimensions will be 100 cm in width and 197 cm in height.
  • Posters will be displayed during the two days of the conference (9 – 10 October).
